At Musical Wonders, we’re all about empowering music teachers with tools that inspire creativity, authenticity, and lifelong musicianship. That’s why we’re thrilled to spotlight one of our favorite organizations leading the charge in popular music education: Music Will (formerly Little Kids Rock).
If you’re not already familiar with their work, now’s the time to dive in. Music Will has been empowering classrooms across the country with their commitment to equitable, culturally responsive, and student-centered music education. Their Modern Band philosophy embraces the music students know and love—rock, hip-hop, pop, Latin, R&B—and gives them the tools to make it their own.

We’ll be diving into songwriting, arranging, improvisation, and more, giving teachers hands-on tools to take back to their classrooms.
